The Government of Punjab has officially activated the online registration portal for the Apna Khet Apna Rozgar (Your Own Farm, Your Own Job) scheme. Launched under the administration of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the portal aims to provide a transparent and accessible way for landless farmers to secure agricultural land and escape poverty.

Official Launch: Apna Khet Apna Rozgar Portal for Landless Farmers

The launch of akar.pulse.gop.pk marks the end of traditional bureaucratic hurdles and “Patwari culture.” The portal is designed to ensure that state-owned land is distributed with 100% transparency. By moving the application process online, the government has eliminated middlemen, allowing deserving farmers to apply directly from their homes or local e-Khidmat centers.

Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?

To ensure the land reaches those who need it most, the following strict criteria must be met:

  • Land Ownership: You must be a landless person or own only one residential plot of up to 10 Marlas.

  • Residency: You must be a Bona fide permanent resident of the Revenue Estate (mouza) where the state land is located (as per your CNIC permanent address).

  • Family Unit: Only one person per family (husband, wife, and minor children) is eligible. Married sons living independently are considered a separate family unit.

  • Exclusions: Government employees (Provincial/Federal) and their immediate families are not eligible. Previous beneficiaries of any land allotment schemes are also disqualified.
